Zimbabwe
Run by Zimparks, this national park campsite offers only basic facilities but has a magnificent lakeside location. Accommodation comprises a few tent shelters, a braai stand, showers (including hot water), toilets and firewood; bring plenty of drinking water. There's also a self-catering lodge that sleeps nine. It's only really accessed by 4WD, as there's no boat landing.
There's a lot of wildlife about, so take care.
