Tashkent’s quintessential theme restaurant is tarted up like a made-for-Hollywood Uzbek home. The original menu is heavy on hard-to-find but well-prepared Uzbek dishes such as dolma (meat and rice wrapped in grape leaves), hasip (sausages) and spinach or pumpkin samsa (samosa). It's a tour group standby.
