They take their corn tortillas so seriously at this modern, small-plates downtown restaurant that they credit the specific Mexican farmers responsible for growing today’s maize. The (short) menu changes day to day, but always includes fabulous tacos with flavours like duck, rabbit or even grasshoppers; some amazing vegetable dishes, such as roasted brussels sprouts; and one main, like chicken mole.
