Goose Island Campground

Ten riverside BLM campgrounds lie along a 28-mile stretch of Hwy 128 that parallels the Colorado River northwest of town. The 18-site Goose Island, just 1.4 miles from Moab is the closest. Pit toilets, no water. See www.recreation.gov for reservable group sites.
