This modern Korean-American crossover restaurant (with a bit of French influence thrown in) has quickly established itself as a big name on the Seattle eating scene thanks, in part, to its simple, shareable plates. Of note are the pork-belly pancakes, the short-rib dumplings and the various seasonal hot pots, all of which go down well with a cocktail or two. At the time of writing it was temporarily closed, with plans to reopen in fall 2019, and a new location was open in South Lake Union at 513 Westlake Ave N.
