Eltana Wood-Fired Bagel Cafe

Although a bagel and a crossword puzzle seems like a quintessentially New York morning, Eltana brought the tradition to Seattle. The bagels are baked in a wood-fired oven (Montreal style) on-site and smeared with heavenly toppings including cream cheese and lox. The crosswords are mounted on the wall and reproduced on paper for the bagel-eating clientele. Clues change regularly.
