One of the few places left in the area that still feels like old Seattle, the Lookout Bar & Grill sits on the edge of Capitol Hill with a close-up view of the Space Needle and Lake Union. Go for the laid-back atmosphere and happy-hour beers, wines and well drinks, and cheap bar food (plates $7 to $15).
