Sip Tea Room

San Francisco

After zipping around Golden Gate Park and touring a museum or two, relaxing with traditional English afternoon tea ($29 per person) is just the thing. This cozy little tea shop offers everything from Darjeeling to Lapsang Souchong, Ceylon to China Congou, and your pot comes with an array of sandwiches, scones and clotted cream, piled onto a three-tier serving stand.

Reserve in advance for 11am, 1pm or 3pm seatings. Walk-ins are also accepted, but good luck.
