Down-home burgers with none of the frills and frippery that challenge the primacy of the perfect burger. These are Bozeman's best – we loved the Cowboy Bob, a 3lb beef patty with smoky barbecue sauce, crisp bacon and cheddar cheese. Simple but good. Some things shouldn't change.
