Basecamp Boulder

Great concept, less-than-perfect execution, but still a worthwhile option, especially for its central location. The mountaineering theme includes coolers as coffee tables and a climbing wall in the dining area. Rooms are comfortable, but a bit shabby for the rate. It’s a glorified motel, after all, something clever decor can't entirely erase.
