Crux Fermentation Project

This local favorite is located in an industrial neighborhood (don't let the 'no trespassing' and 'private road' signs put you off). It has a casual atmosphere, with fermentation tanks behind glass windows housing unique experimental beers. Try a tasting flight with six 5oz pours. There's outdoor seating, food carts for grub and it's family and dog friendly.
