There's nothing flashy or particularly luxurious about the guestrooms and apartment-style suites of this creaky, rust-shingled beachfront hotel, but it's hard to beat for it's el-primo location on Easton's Beach, great-value rates and friendly, helpful service, which it doles out in spades.
