New Haven Symphony Orchestra

Yale's Woolsey Hall is home to most performances by this orchestra, whose season runs from October through April. Outside of season, crowds flock to the New Haven Green for the special outdoor summer concert series (featuring Beethoven, Tchaikovsky and Mendelssohn). The box office is now combined with the Long Wharf Theatre.
