Skinny Pancake

Already a huge hit in neighboring Vermont, this creperie made its Hanover debut in 2016, offering tempting twists on the traditional French crepe, from the Veggie Monster (cheddar, spinach, roasted peppers, caramelized onions and pesto) to the Crepedilla (with guacamole, pico de gallo, cheddar and chipotle sour cream). The breakfast and dessert crepes are equally awesome.
