Housed in an attractive brick building with exposed post-and-beam woodwork and a dreamy terrace looking out toward Lake Champlain, Foam was founded by a group of local beer aficionados looking to unleash their improvisational spirit. The result: one of Burlington's liveliest new brewpubs, with a rotating selection of inventive craft beers and live music six nights a week.
