Taking inspiration from the South, but wrapping it in a New England sensibility, BYB 'only smokes the good stuff.' Clam chowder comes with smoked bacon, mac 'n' cheese comes with lobster. Meats by the half-pound include pulled pork shoulder, beef burnt ends and house-smoked kielbasa. It all pairs well with local beers, but there's a big selection of bourbon, too.
