Inside, the dining room is classy, outside, the seating is near the waterfront and Honolulu’s fish auction. Chef Nico was inspired by the island-cuisine scene to merge his classical French training with Hawaii’s humble plate lunch. Daily seafood specials are listed alongside market-fresh fish sandwiches and local faves, such as furikake-crusted ahi and hoisin BBQ chicken. Good bar.
