Founded and hosted by Kealoha (the Poet Laureate of Hawai`i), HawaiiSlam is the largest registered poetry slam in the world. International wordsmiths, artists, musicians, MCs and DJs share the stage, often with over 500 in attendance. For aspiring spoken-word stars, sign-up starts at 7:30pm. Held at Hawaiian Brian's in the Crossroads Concert Hall.
