Central State Brewing – The Koelschip

Until it opens its proprietary taproom near the old Central State psychiatric hospital grounds (from which it takes its name), the Koelschip bar is where you'll find Central State Brewing's barrel-aged farmhouse ales and exotically hopped IPAs as well as its mixed cultured sours and other funk. This is the bar of craft connoisseurs.
