Skadi

Considering its more-than-mundane location in an industrial strip, Skadi comes as a surprise. Hip Swiss Alps decor and an innovative menu are the creation of chef Ian Algerøen, inspired by his Norwegian heritage and European fine-dining techniques. On the menu you'll find pork-belly confit and roast tenderloin, Canadian duck breast with arctic lingonberries and pan-seared day-boat scallops. Reservations required.
