Wilbur Theatre

The colonial-style Wilbur Theatre dates from 1914, and over the years has hosted many prominent theatrical productions. These days it is Boston’s premier comedy club. The smallish house hosts nationally known cutups, as well as music acts and other kinds of hard-to-categorize performances. The theater itself could do with a renovation, but the talent is good.
