This trendy bar starts filling up almost as soon as it opens, as hotel guests and local workers ascend to the rooftop to take in potent drinks and spectacular views. When temperatures drop, there are heaters and igloos to keep you warm. Note the dress code (no baseball caps, sleeveless shirts, swim or athletic wear).
