Merkin Vineyards Osteria

Complementing 100% Arizona wines with top-notch Arizona produce and housemade pasta, this excellent osteria (mains $12 to $16) is further distinguished by its owner, Maynard James Keenan, Tool lead singer and winemaker. The eponymous winery's high-elevation varietals come largely from fruit grown in Wilcox, AZ, while local suppliers provide the basis of the Italian menu.
