Ukraine is grain country, so no surprise you can find good craft beer. There are 180 types of bottled beer here and more than 25 on tap – many of them local. At around 50uah a pint, it's astounding value for quality ales. The warm and welcoming courtyard terrace is preferred, or head underground.
The hearty Teutonic fare on the menu is a holdout from the previous German owner – Kyiv bar legend Erik.
