This Polish outfit occupies several floors of the lower-quality Hotel Tourist on the left (east) bank of the Dnipro near Livoberezhna metro station. This area is getting trendier thanks to its proximity to Rusanivka Island, an up-and-coming quay area with cafes, bars and restaurants with plenty of open-terrace seating, plus a locally famous fountain show.
