Run by the family who have lived here for generations, this 19th-century courtyard mansion has been decorated in a simple, stylish mix of the traditional and the contemporary. Rooms are comfortable, but some are very small; the best feature private terraces. Public spaces include an ornate courtyard sitting room and an atmospheric roof terrace. Service can be grudging.

The existence of an on-site restaurant (lunch set menu 12DT to 16DT, dinner set menu 16DT to 20DT) is welcome. Alcohol isn't served.
