About 20km south of Ksar Ghilane – and you'll need a 4WD to reach it – this is the best tent camp in the south, in great part because of its isolation and position slap-bang next to some of Tunisia's mightiest dunes. The neat tents are a cut above the competition, and the service is spot on.
A particular highlight is the fire after dinner, with tea and fresh bread baked in the embers.
