Sandwich Stand

Head to this busy sandwich stand next to Bab Ech Chouhada in the medina to enjoy a fabulously fresh and tasty sandwich stuffed with a mix of mechouia (paste made with green pepper, tomato, onion, garlic and spices), harissa and egg, and then topped with crisp pommes frites, chopped coriander and a dusting of salt. Utterly delicious.
