Set among thousands (not an exaggeration) of olive and almond trees, Dar El Henchir is a gorgeous four-room B&B in an old colonial French house in the middle of a still-working farm. Solar panels power the whitewashed main quarters, and the kitchen is decked out in 1940s appliances, some original. It's far off the beaten track but absolutely worth seeking out.
