Right above the sand on the surfers' section of Mt Irvine Beach, Anchor has everything you need from a Caribbean beach grill: a simple menu of fish or chicken sandwiches and wraps, plus fish-and-chips, wings and a moreish shrimp curry. It offers inexpensive beers served icy cold, huge rum punches and decent tropical cocktails.
