Rotterdam

If there's one thing that can be said about Rotterdam, it's that it is never predictable. So it's hardly surprising that locals have embraced this thoroughly non-Dutch 1950s American-style diner with open arms. The quality of the eggs, burgers, waffles and subs leaves something to be desired, but the ambience is great – humorous and hip in equal measure.
