Demain

Top choice in Nijmegen

Famed far and wide for its expertly shaken craft cocktails, Demain (French for 'tomorrow') is a fantastic spot to begin or end an evening out. It has a buzzing pavement terrace on Nijmegen's oldest shopping street, and its sultry black interior hosts a DJ (electronic, trip-hop, jazz) every last weekend of the month.

The menu piques curious tastebuds with unique cocktail creations like Thyme for Mustard (zingy mustard vodka mixed with fresh thyme, homemade lavender-honey syrup, lime and ginger ale). The bar runs cocktail workshops (€19.50/26 including one/two cocktails) too.
