Pirate Republic

Nassau

The bar staff are dressed as buccaneers and the tap handles are pistols but you come to Pirate Republic, the Bahamas first craft brewery, more to sample the beers than for the atmosphere or a big night out. Signature brews include the Island Pirate Ale IPA and Blackbeer'd stout – try a tasting paddle for BS$10.

There are tours of the brewery next door at 11am and 2:30pm (BS$10 including beer tasting and a pretzel).
