Phan Nu is a decent budget option, with 20 rooms spread over two buildings set back from the road. The more expensive rooms share communal balconies, the cheapest are fan-cooled. Rooms are sizeable and clean and come with OK beds, desks and fridges. It's a popular choice with foreign volunteer workers.
