Africa House Hotel

The venerable Africa House was formerly the English Club, and decor still has a colonial flavour. Rooms are rather over-furnished with antique-style four-poster beds, red-and-gold sofas, gilt-framed mirrors and swagged curtains. The restaurant terrace enjoys ocean views and the hotel's Sunset Bar is perennially popular at, you guessed it, sunset.
