A haunt of city movers and shakers, the Crown Hall is a wonderfully Old World brasserie, with white tablecloths, dark wood and impeccably mannered waiters moving discreetly below Chagall, Miró, Matisse and Picasso originals. The cuisine straddles Swiss and international flavours, from Zürcher Geschnetzeltes (sliced veal) with rösti to rack of Provençal lamb, and Piedmontese-style venison with grapes and hazelnuts.
