La Crémerie

This family-friendly Swiss eating spot, with adjacent laiterie (dairy), specializes in the ubiquitous moitié-moitié fondue (made from a combination of Gruyére and Vacherin Fribourgeois cheeses). The friendly staff and relaxed, unpretentious environment make it an excellent alternative to Châtel-St-Denis' better-known competition, Café Tivoli.
