Gasthaus zum Adler

Northeastern Switzerland

Home to famous local painter Tobias Stimmer in the 16th century, the Adler has been doing a roaring trade as an inn for the past three centuries. The menu keeps things traditional and regional, with a nod to seasonal produce (mushrooms, asparagus, game and the like). Vegetarians are well catered for.
