Swiftly becoming one of Interlaken's preferred haunts, this easygoing cafe makes a fine pit stop for coffee with homemade cake, lunch or a craft beer (there are some great ones on tap). They whip up good salads, burgers, quiches and sandwiches using locally sourced ingredients.
