The upmarket Swedish cuisine inside Vilhelmina's largest (and starting to look a tad shabby) hotel includes such delights as reindeer steak and the house special: pork schnitzel stuffed with mustard and Västerbotten cheese, as well as simple pasta dishes. But it's the weekday lunch buffet that draws the crowds (85kr).
