Bar Centro

Gothenburg

Channeling a retro Italian espresso bar, little Centro brews beans from Roman roaster Peru as well as from a rotating guest roaster (usually Nordic but sometimes from further afield). The curved counter heaves with fresh pastries, including mini cannoli and a sublime pain au chocolat filled with a mix of white, milk and dark chocolate.

You'll also find natural wines, lunchtime focaccia sandwiches (65kr) and a daily warm-dish special (110kr including coffee). Check Centro's Instagram for special pop-up events, which range from live jazz gigs to wine presentations and degustation dinners.
