Talented chef José Tazueco whips up a selection of culinary treats that zap traditional ingredients with a creative flair. Expect artistically presented dishes such as grilled turbot with caramelised spring onions or Iberian pork tenderloin with capsicum ragout. The lunch menú, including wine, is a good deal. The restaurant is upstairs from Cafetería Amadeo I. Reservations recommended.
Decor is an original combination of purple and black, with screens neatly dividing the space.
