Don't be put off by the name – yes, it's informal in the finest Spanish sense, but this is one of the top places in town to sample the local jamón. A plate of the local's finest (jamón de Monesterio Ibérico de bellota) will set you back €16 and it's worth every euro.
The pork sirloin with mushrooms is a lovely and substantial tapa, while the risottos are also worth trying.
