La Maruca

This classy and fresh space is dedicated to the cooking of Spain's northern Cantabria region and it's extremely popular among Salamanca's young and wealthy. While Cantabria means the best anchoas (anchovies) in the country and other fruits of the sea, La Maruca is unusual in that it focuses just as much on the Cantabrian interior.
