La Botillería de Maxi

A well-regarded bastion of local cooking, this place does fabulous croquetas de jamón, and has a more varied menu than most old taverns, ranging from toasts with toppings to steaks. It also does terrific Andalusian specialities – the tortillitas de camarones (deep-fried shrimp omelettes) are superb.
