Baviera has an old-style tavern appearance with a long (exceptionally well-stocked) wooden bar, tiled floor and walls, and a check-cloth dining area at one end. Delicious food offerings – some for sharing, some served as one-person plates – are prepared from market-fresh ingredients including seafood from Galicia and quality meats.
Star choices include the huevos rotos de corral (broken free-range eggs), served either with Iberian ham and potato slices or with boletus mushrooms, truffle and foie.
