León

It can be difficult to fight your way to the bar upstairs but it's worth doing so for the generous-sized raciones, including all kind of cured meats straight from its own pig farm up in the far north of Castilla y León. In the downstairs restaurant, some of the best dishes give a nod to Asturias, with the appearance of cabrales (a strong goat's cheese) to fire things up.
