At this self-styled 'ceviche and pisco bar', oyster shooters with leche de tigre (the traditional ceviche marinade) are served alongside exquisite Peruvian ceviche as well as renditions from Thailand, Japan and Mexico, and Hawaiian-style poké or veg bowls. Pisco sours are the real deal, frothy egg white and all. It's a modern space with open-brick walls, white tiles and mood lighting.
