Opening on to a leafy garden, the culinary space of renowned wine emporium Monvínic offers elaborate confections such as cod in pil pil (garlic, oil and chilli sauce), wild-mushroom-stuffed squid or smoked oyster with pear. Seasonal ingredients, wines and building materials are all sourced from Catalonia. Designed by Alfons Tost, the sustainable space has air-purifying plants, energy-efficient LED lighting, and water and food recycling.
