La Dama

Diagonal's 1917 Modernista Casa Sayrach has been reborn as a graceful multiroom gastro space filled with grand-yet-homey lounges, sparkling mirrors, floral-patterned wallpaper and rich velvet touches. Perfectly executed dishes wander around northern Spain, France and Italy, with a few other international hints: pork ribs with vegetable cream, squid-ink carbonara, sole meunière for two. There's also a fine cocktail bar.
